    Still out of shape. 3k x 2. First was 1:55.0/20-22spm, second 1:53.5/23-24spm. 3 minute rest in between. Even though I'm very out of shape to rowing standards, I can easily outwork everyone on a b-ball court. Stupid people don't know how to hussle :)

    Have a glass of water with some Nuun in it before you. Its a beastly electrolyte tablet geared towards endurance athletes. Also works well for the hangover.

    fellas, uh ... is there some secret technique to not crushing your nuts when using the erg machine? It can be tough at times. Gotta lock em up with some spandex/trou.

    Read a study linking working out as a team (as opposed to alone) can lead to increased pain thresholds. I totally agree. That is all.

    Pretty much this. Stop whining like little kids. Big whoop if you have to pick up the heavy DBs from the top. Heck, it's much easier, ain't it. And... you're there to exercise, not have everything right where you want it. Lame... Some weight trees are designed so only certain weights fit...

    hahahaha yeah not after a cheat day.. I'm not getting on the scale right now for it to tell me I'm 200+.. which in scale language is "get off me, tubby" Funny cause Im still struggling to get myself over 200 while keeping semi-lean.
