I picked it up earlier this year, and it's a great color/pattern, and very comfortable. I don't have any photos that showcase the fit, but I found it consistent with other Spier & Mackay suits.
Just got phone confirmation that my navy tweed order was, as I had feared, actually out of stock :(
Unfortunate, but I understand considering the extreme volume recently and migration to the new site. I'm still on the lookout for a navy sportcoat in a seasonal wool fabric, so hopefully some...
Yes, I have one from last Monday (order: 400000298) during the tweed sportcoat flash sale that hasn't been updated. I followed-up with customer support this morning to see what they can tell me.
You guys must have been reading my mind putting the merino tweeds on flash sale today. I had just been looking at them this morning and thinking that they were just a little more than I wanted to spend pre-holiday, and then *boom*, wallet opened.
Just got my merino v-necks from the sale last week.
Material is super comfortable and a great weight, and the fit is excellent. Overall an incredible value, especially at the sale price. I'll definitely be getting more :)
Wow, those do look great, and I'm definitely in the market for some new sweaters this year!
Any tips on sizing, or just use the polo S-M-L-XL chart? Apologies if that was mentioned before.
Can confirm based on my first wear of the MD's this week, and my Neumoks having been the first pair I ever bought. Both are like wrapping your feet in butter (in a good way).
Thanks! The 65 last is a little on the narrow side, so if you're a true E, the standard width might be a bit cramped.
As Iamleven said, $200 seems a little high for non-returnable 2nds. I think I paid around that for my firsts when they were cleared out a couple years ago. It's not a...
Yeah, most definitely. This was right after a 2 week trip to Germany with those as my only shoes. I walked probably 50 miles over the whole trip and they handled it like a champ.
Fortunately I think they look good with a little bit of 'character' :)
Very nice! I have a hard time picking a favorite among all my AE, but the Bleeker's are definitely near the top for how comfortable and versatile they are.
I'm giving mine the first wear today as well, and have similar thoughts - the suede is excellent and construction seems great. I also really love the sleekness of the shape.
I was a little torn between the chocolate and the snuff, but I'm very happy with the chocolate in person.
Can't speak to the Sienna fit, but the 40R jacket on my S&M slim fit suit is slightly slimmer than the 40R SS Havana jacket that I have. The S&M is by far the best fitting OTR jacket that I've ever had.
Hah! That was pretty much my thinking as well.
The dress in my workplace is so casual that most folks are just going to see a suit of any kind and assume it's very formal unless it has some kind of strange pattern or something.
