No worries. For me the issue is that Meermin seem to be an "E" medium width while TLB and Cheaney are an "F" medium width. I also wear an 11D (US) in Allen Edmonds.
I'm curious (because I have no experience further up your list than Cheaney), what makes you rank Trickers so high? I've always wondered hot much better than Cheaney they were.
I've bought 4 MTO shirts from S&M, three OCDBs and one dress shirt. I even asked (in the notes) them to substitute unfused interlinings in the cuffs and collar for the dress shirt. I took the measurement for all the shirts from existing dress shirts that fit me well. All four have been perfect.
@spiermackay I would just like to suggest that if you're going to offer size 46 jackets as separates (like the new cotton ones), please also offer size 40 trousers (a standard 6" drop). Currently most trouser separates only go to 38, while most jacket separates go to 46. I would certainly buy...
