I have the Dugdale Flannel and some of the 11 oz. VBC flannels (which I'd prefer over the 9 oz. ones), for example that one: https://luxire.com/products/vbc_mid_grey_plain_flannel-vbc_wr_504_801_3?_pos=18&_sid=9fc136739&_ss=r I find the VBC one significantly nicer than the Dugdale, as the...

I suppose you have contacted Luxire already? This seems to me the best way to come to a good solution. In my experience customer service has always been helpful and they also have taken garments back for alteration in the past (I did pay for the costs of shipping to Luxire). I don't have any...

Thanks, is #2 the fabric you have linked above (https://luxire.com/products/vbc-4-ply-tropical-wool-navy?variant=1445275926536)?

    What‘s the difference between #2 and #3?

Unfortunately not, as I have limited use for navy trousers anyway. In your case I'd think about ordering a fabric sample from Luxire, as the fabric might have minimal sheen (guessing from the stone coloured one).

I second this; I've got the EThomas Stone Cavalry Twill from Luxire as well and it looks very much like the fabric in the picture. I also second the recommendation: It does look like a chino, but the fabric has a great drape and feel.

Dressed by Luxire: Jacket is is new and the trousers rather old (there has been a series of fit adjustments in the meantime ;) ).

I'm looking for some new light blue shirts: It should be fine shirting in either poplin or twill. Preferably as pale as possible in colour. What fabrics can you people recommend, what are your go-tos?

Just order from the .com website, there is no advantage to order from the .de website: Even if the EU VAT were deducted, you‘d still have to pay Swiss VAT when importing (and the end price were about the same, if not higher).

I've also got the ones in bold. My top favourite is the sky blue oxford, perfect colour and fabric weight/softness (after a while). I've got that one twice. The warzone white is quite stiff in contrast, although it has a nice, rather heavy weight. I concur that the classic blue oxford is too...

best way to remove pit stains and collar yellowing?

Second this: I had those stains developing on every shirt after a while. After switching to an aluminum-free deodorant (which works almost as well as the antiperspirant), no new stains develop and old ones disappear after multiple washes.

Yes and I'd say the fit is fairly generous - I went with my normal coat-size here: But it surely is best to compare the measurements with those of overcoats already in your possession. I did the same and could get a pretty good estimate of how the fit would be.

@luxire I‘m looking for some brown cord trousers and find this fabric quite appealing: https://luxire.com/products/cotton-beige-brown-corduroy-8-wales-oe_1373 From the specs it looks like this jacket is of the same fabric: https://luxire.com/products/beige-brown-8-wale-corduroy-trucker-jacket...
