    I have taken a few of my better items to Davis Imperial <http://www.davisimperial.com/> and had good results. While I have seen a few posts commenting their prices were higher than expected, in my experience cleaning/pressing and service were excellent and prices were reasonable.

    I just took delivery of a wonderful pair of Alden Cassil loafers (shell cordovan, color 8, from Brick and Mortar Seattle) so I'm in with the spirit of this thread. One suggestion: it's summer, which invites a certain amount of "oh, the hell with it." To me, espadrilles have that spirit.

    Yes, and I made sure to get the correct fit by having the B+M folks check for fit. I normally wear 10.5, and these are 10. They fit like a second skin.

    Thank you! For reasons I can't exactly explain, wearing it square on the head seems to look better. I don't mean to sound like a rep for Optimo, but I have this and a Panama and both are great products.
