    Seems like sleeve cuffs of the shirt look good. If they were too big, they would be pushing on the cuff of the jacket. Definitely moving the button is a very cheap alteration and a quick fix to making the sleeve cuff smaller, though.

    This looks pretty close! 100% the biggest alteration I think you need is in the thigh and knee areas. Thinking at least a good inch should bring it in while keeping it comfortable for you. The drape on the front seems pretty good though if you wanted to get that fitted hip look, the stomach...
