    Shopping in Tokyo, Japan?

I just got back from Tokyo a week ago. I walked around Shibuya and I found everything. Tons of vintage shops on Harajuku st. you also have Real Mccoys, beams, Japan blue, hummingbird hill all right there. Anatómica has a beautiful store nearby as well. Ginza seemed a bit more high end...

Unfunded Liabilities: a/k/a The Cloth Thread

I have 2 pairs of trousers from the dugdale invincible bunch that I love. I have INV-038 in brown. My tailor recommended INV-002 as well, which is a twist serge. I liked it but the weave was mixed with blue and I wanted something a bit darker.

Jacques Marie Mage - Wolves, Obnoxious Acetate and The American Dream

Hey all, just got my first purchase of Dealans from mr Porter. When laying flat on a table, one of the arms sits a tad higher than the other so they are slightly uneven/crooked. I assume this is an easy adjustment at an optician? Should I take this to a JMM authorised dealer since the acetate...

    The Official Stoffa Thread

If you have a tailor, check out Brisbane Moss Canvas Milton, it's a panama canvas but I've found it similar but not machine washable.

    The Official Stoffa Thread

The more I've been looking at brands like Stoffa (recent lookbooks) Lemaire, and fear of god, the more I want to get rid of the cuffs on all of my basketweaves and do a plain hem with a slight break. I want slutty drape like the lookbooks, does basketweave do that well?

I have this jacket, there should be 1 or 2 other pics of me wearing it in this thread. I think it's more grey than black, especially after some wear.

٭٭٭ No Man Walks Alone - Official Affiliate Thread ٭٭٭ (a.k.a. I shouldn't have slept on it)

Just wanted to shoutout the team at NMWA. I was visiting NYC from London and had a chance to visit the showroom. Great experience overall, Ludwin was super helpful. I ended up purchasing the Wythe half zip in olive and the Inis Meain polo in oatmeal.

    Cashmere Sweater Hierarchy

Does anyone have suggestions as to where I can find a ribbed cashmere polo? I'm in London fwiw. Some brands that I have come across in my searches so far: 1. Stoffa - own a few of their non ribbed knits and like them, but hard to justify the price increase including MTM adjustments and...

RM Williams Boots - Everything You Wanted to Know

Only sharing my experience, but I have the luxury of being able to try their shoes on at the store. I wear a 9G in classic craftsman - I have a leather pair in 8.5G which has molded so well to my foot I don't experience any issues) I wear a 9.5G in the Gardener - I tried on a 9G and it was a...

What on earth do I wear with a cotton navy sportcoat?

none of those outfits sound off to me, but obviously there's a level of comfort that is not being met when you try it out. I find cotton blazers look better after they've been beaten up and start to fade in color after use. This might alleviate some of those concerns where it looks too dressy...

Double Breasted Blazer - Fit? Is it crap or good - Moving buttons on a jacket

IMO, the before looked better. could be the angle of the photos but the after picture makes you look short and stocky. either way, if you're happy and comfortable with it, that's all that matters.

The Least Official Natalino Appreciation Thread

They didn't work for my legs. Definitely a fuller fit than I've found than I've found in RTW. The 36 fit much better in the legs, but there's no way I could alter the waist and seat to wear they needed to be. fwiw, it wasn't that the 34 was too slim, but they hit the back of my calves when...
