Yohji, Or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love The Looser Fit (Yohji Yamamoto Thread)

Dear @Garden In recent seasons yohji started using the material of triacetate, maybe you will find it to your liking. Really light weight, hard to crease even if you don’t fold them properly (busy dudes got bigger fishes to fry). Their product codes usually end in 500. Aside from that, maybe...

Before weather gets too warm: Yohji 22aw look 38 “beginning of the third age” look: Not wearing the matching suit jacket (already too warm) so put on a 22aw velvet waistcoat instead. See you guys next time :)

Yohji, Or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love The Looser Fit (Yohji Yamamoto Thread)

Dear npawlick: Yes, it is rather common for his stuff to get sold out fast on the web store. People are growing reluctant to go to retailers and turn to the web store after the outbreak of pandemic. Also, unfortunately I don’t think yohji’s web store carries a lot of stock. That being said...

Thank you :) was wearing the suit to my seminar and one of the professors goes “I didn’t know you were going to star in the next Kill Bill movie”, guess this suit does give off some killer vibes, love it.

22aw look 8 leopard damage suit size 3 for both jacket and pants, classic yohji fit, arguably the most satisfying suit this season-wise. Also, paring it with the 22aw brochet. This season surely has some fun gadgets. @gio3101 that’s a nice look that makes me also want to try out as well...

Thx guys. This thread wouldn’t have become such a great place to explore if wasn’t for your great contribution in the first place. Trying on this today. 08ss suit (22aw remade version). Converse. Size 3 for both jacket and pants, cut is rather slim. The remade version uses soft hand...

20ss Gaba jacket. 18aw double wrap gaba pants. Yohji tote. Converse. Pants are worn here half wrapped. With a bit of wind blowing pass, it would make these pants look like quasi-Karasu pants. If worn fully wrapped, then you have a a pair of nice ballon pants. So much versatility, love these.

Indeed, if I remember correctly, the syte line had a few sweatshirt using prints of Rokumeikan, and that was even before the Rokumeikan coats were replicated. Replication became a major theme for yohji in recent years, even some looks the 22aw collection feels like a hodgepodge of yohji's...

Basic drawstring pants would be an ideal start to build your wardrobe around. I have a couple of pairs of hakamas and to be honest they do get as many wears as drawstring pants.
