The most basic workout question is...
8x3 is strictly strength though . You wouldn't be getting much sore if not doing a hypertrophy type session . I do 1x a week strength and 1x hypertrophy per large muscle . chest , back and legs others body parts once a week medium range 6-8 reps or so ..- uNotAzFreshAzImIz

What to use to remove glue
The glue that was used to bond the edge my shoes to the sole where the widest point of a foot is has seperated from the top of the soleand is left on the leather . It is not needed since they are attached from the inside and is an eyesore . I want a method of removing it that won't damage the...- uNotAzFreshAzImIz
