    8x3 is strictly strength though . You wouldn't be getting much sore if not doing a hypertrophy type session . I do 1x a week strength and 1x hypertrophy per large muscle . chest , back and legs others body parts once a week medium range 6-8 reps or so ..

    Nail polish remover is acetone - which strips leather dye pretty well .. any other suggestions please fellas ?
