    custom-made suit advice

Blue is a solid choice and undoubtedly one of the most versatile colors for suits. I would recommend you go with something that has a bit of character to the fabric but keep it subtle. You can experiment more with your choices as your wardrobe grows. As far as traveling tailors I have had...

    Is Kiton worth the money?

You can buy bespoke for the same price so from that perspective, no. But the quality is excellent. If you can afford it, its worth the money. That means that no luxury brand is really worth the price you are paying, its just that a select group has the cash not to care. They dont generally think...

I used to find an olive cotton suit far more practical than a tan one. It doesn't show marks and the wrinkles aren't as obvious. It would be great to see some pics...

    Definitive Argyle Sock guide

Nordstrom always has a pretty good selection. I've picked up a few pairs of Ralph Lauren and been happy with them. The more colors you have the better you can match them with outfits and because you spread out their uses they'll last some time..

    Slim Fit Khaki's/Chino's

Anyone have any good suggestions for chino's / slim fitting khaki in various colors... like red or yellow?

    In Praise of Olive

Like the color but have to agree that it is seldom seen in a flattering light. As a suit it seems like a color that doesn't lends itself to too many color combinations and probably is why not many people resort to olive as a go to pick.
