    Ask a Fitness Model

So, my BMR according to that is 2180. Which, puts me right about at 2500-2600 without exercise from the fact that I don't lie in bed all day, right? Or am I reading it wrong? Edit: Either way, though, the real question I had was: Let's assume I need to consume 1950 (or X if you prefer)...

    Ask a Fitness Model

No it's not unless you're a 300lb. construction worker. Errr, ok. Can you help me out then? I've kept a food diary since January. When I don't exercise and eat between 2500 and 2700 calories a day, my weight doesn't change. I was assuming this meant that my baseline was in that range. What am I...

    Ask a Fitness Model

hi etruscan. first, figure out your resting metabolic rate before trying to figure out any peoposed deficit. edit: perhaps you did. but why add if you're looking to lose. i have been steadily increasing my deficit in order to look even more awesome. edit 2: sell me your size 52 stuff. I'm not...

    Ask a Fitness Model

Random question, hopefully not entirely marsupialed. I'm trying to lose weight. I can do ok with estimating calories if I just diet, but I dislike not being active. So, if I'm trying to lose 2 pounds a week and I'm completely sedentary, my daily calorie target is around 1950 Kcals. Most days I...

is wrath arcane a good brand?

The jacket I bought, I would describe as cheap fabric, middling construction, very cool design, crazy low price. It still seems like a very good deal, given that I paid around $150 for a wool coat, and while it's not great quality, it's not given me any problems.

What kind of jacket are you getting for the Fall/Winter season?

14th addiction waxed cotton and leather thigh length coat.

What is your definition of "Fitting"?

by 17.5/36 do you mean arm circumference/arm length? typically the front number is neck circumference. and with a 17.5" neck (very thick neck btw) and 36" arms (really long arms), finding shirts and suits/blazers that fits won't be easy. Could be worse. Try 16.25/37.25

    Pure Blue Japan AI-001

I'm fairly sure the AI-001 isn't sold raw anywhere in the world, especially not in Japan. The US market gets a lot of jeans in raw (i.e. 45rpm and PBJ) that are available in Japan only as one wash. The Oni denim is what I was talking about, sold side by side raw and O/W. Sorry.

    Pure Blue Japan AI-001

Can't say I've ever tried the Oni's, but I can't see how there could be much of a difference. Given shots of the denim, I doubt itd be easy to pick them apart. Perhaps the differences you see have more to do with the fact that one has been beat to **** in a one wash and the other is raw and...

    Pure Blue Japan AI-001

The bright thick ass threads can be fairly distracting. You may also want to take a look at the Oni Shoai for something similar. The Onis are a much different jean, the varying size of denim makes them look quite unusual, more so than the AI-001s. They're also much nicer looking in my opinion...

Thick copper, brass, silver and lacquer Sin Getu ring, and the Berrini shirt it's sitting on there. AldenxLeathersoul boots Transit linen shorts. Black version of these pants, which are just a slim straight cut men's pant, dunno what Aloha does with their styling: Bunch of other stuff. Damnit...

Non-Alcoholic What Are You Drinking Right Now Thread

I thought you were making a mockery of the question I posed but good to know you laughing. Its just we arent built the same way. For one, one drink is enough to stagger while to another its just like water. I ask the question because I have friends who don't drink. Its such a mood killer when...

    Officine Creative

Do you know if they run true to size? I usually wear a 9 to 9&1/2. If they are on the narrow side, do you recommend order a size up. Thanks They are not, in my experience, well made. They are glued onto the sole, and have a tendency to come unglued. Others have noticed that they're not...

    John Richmond sneakers

Not nearly as cool as the jeans with RICHMOND down the leg in giant all caps.
