What brand? Does Nordstrom make their own brand of shoes? Yes, under their house brand of "1901". I have the Carson Oxfords in Blue. They were on sale at the time for $50. They're pretty damned good and would still be decent at the full retail.- tcolberg

Have the cord jacket in a small. Got it earlier this season for $75. Had the sleeves shortened for $12 more. It's good for tossing around without the worry of messing up a jacket three or four times the value. I'm somewhere between a medium and a small, so the small fits me pretty well in the waist.- tcolberg

For me, the amount of post-wash placket fucked-uppedness depends on the shirt, even between madras shirts that only differ by color. Some are fairly easy to iron smooth after washing, a couple require really meticulous work and a lot of pressure.- tcolberg

Today I got a hand address and hand written thank you card from LEC and the order from UPS hasn't even shown up yet! But it was a very nice touch.
