I think HIRO is more generous than ELTON when it comes to non-standard feet size. The ELTON fits me well (i have a high instep too) but the heel counter is narrow so requires a lot of breaking in before it gets comfortable. No problems with the HIRO. The fit isn't as snug as ELTON but i feel its...

Neutral won't do anything colouring wise if you're looking for confirmation. That being said, renovateur spray is essentially a conditioning product and I use neutral as a personal choice since it can work on any suede or nubuck that I have regardless of colour. Suede is a little unique in...

This is a bit tricky as the usual care methods don't really apply to suede. What kind of damage is it? If its minor nicks and scuffs, a suede eraser followed by some brushing (with a suede brush) should get it out. For tougher dirt (usually happens if u get the shoe wet, then dirty) you will...

I use neutral for my snuff suede. But AFAIK the dye is rather minimal so a light coat of the coloured spray u have could do the work. Personally if you're unsure just stick to neutral since its much more versatile.

You can run some tape on the upper portions that are close to the welt so you won't accidently sand off the finish.

Usually just brushing (with any type of brush) would get cream out of brogue holes. You mentioned you apply cream with your fingers. I use this method as well and I never have problems with cream in brogue holes. Probably due to applying thinner coats? I have 4 brushes in total. 1 extra large...

Very nice. That's the boot black artisan palette yes? Is that sheen on the body due to it? Or is lama naturally shiny? Haven't had the experience with lama unfortunately.

Cracked leather is definitely a sign that it is very dry. I'd first go with a conditioning product. Something like Bick 4, Lexol etc. Use light coats and leave it to dry for the leather to absorb. You might need to repeat depending on how dry the leather is. After the leather suppleness has...

Hmm basically a conditioning product that gives a sheen? I'd say VSC then. Though i wouldn't call the finish "shiny" since those require some level of wax content to get more "lustre". Some oil based creams can achieve a degree of shine but I'm not really sure how strong in they are in the...

You know the funny thing is a large proportion of people who receive lemons are likely to post about it on forums compared to "satisfied" customers. Not saying they shouldn't of course as some of the defects are clearly not acceptable. Unfortunately, when one with no prior knowledge of said...

Alas, they don't carry any of the Artist Palette or even the Rich Moisture. I'm based in Asia anyway and even then I can't seem to find sources for those items.

Interesting. Didn't know EG uses boot black. Did they happen to hint which products they used? I picked up their Rich Moisture last time I was in Japan and rather like it. Pity their products aren't more readily available, always wanted to try their Artist Palette line.
