As am I...which is why I wear the polyester pants and wear cowboy boots...as far as cachet is concerned...before the advent of narco-culture the style was ramcho-chic...the narcos co-opted the look and it became fashionable in the 90's...they have gotten away from it and now love Ed Hardy...more...- sanchito

Only for the meek and timid...I come from ranch people and they were worn a ton growing up for semi formal occasions like parties or baptisms and the like. Are COWBOY BOOTS business casual outside of Texas?
I wear cowboy boots with polyester Wranglers and tonal striped western shirts in La Jolla, CA...I look boss solid if I say so myself...love the look...as long as you like it and own it you can't go wrong.- sanchito

Thank you sir...I appreciate that...the pic is of such god awful quality...so the shirt is black and white gingham and the tie is maroon...the pocket square is off white...the shoes are indeed dark brown...I have a pair of Walnut strands and they looked too peacocky for me to feel like I owned...- sanchito

Call me crazy but I actually dig it...the hint of metal juxtaposed with the tie is cool...I agree with the other poster that it's more casual than a suit...it lends it a certain something...or as the French say a certain je m'appelle insouciance. ;)- sanchito
