If anyone's looking to sell gently used sportcoats, let me know. I'm roughly 44ish in Spier and Mackay contemporary. I would also consider suits or outerwear.

    The Toronto For Sale Thread

I'm looking for some black dress shoes, about size 10.5 to 11, at least a D width. Ideal is longwings, but not a must. Also happy to trade if you're interested in some Herring/Carlos Santos black oxfords in 9US, Cheaney semi brogues in 8.5UK, or Park Avenues in merlot in 9E. I've posted...

I was able to try on the chore coat in L in person. I felt like this was decent fit but a bit snug. In my haste I forgot to try on the XL. Can I get anyone's thoughts as to whether they think an XL would be a good fit - would the XL be too long maybe?

Will be posting some Herring Dickens in Black Calf, size 8UK/9US. A beautiful slim oxford made by Carlos Santos. If anyone's interested, let me know. Will have to head into the office to take pictures but here's Herring's website for reference...

Also selling these Allen Edmonds Park Avenues, size 9 E, merlot, seconds. These obviously have more wear than the Cheaneys, but still good life left. Some Toronto weather hit the toecaps and there is wear on the backs as pictured. Always in cedar shoe trees when not being worn. Any other...

Hi there, I am selling these Cheaney Cambridge semi brogues in Cheaney's dark leaf colour, in 8.5 UK. As you can see these are a nicel last with some shape to it. These were purchased at our very own Woolridge Shoes in downtown Toronto. They've only been worn a few times and as you can see, the...

Denim shirt enthusiasts, attached is a photo from Spier's instagram. Is this Spier's "Light Wash" or "Dark Wash"? Any thoughts on how someone should choose which wash for their first denim shirt? Also happy to see any photos of you folks wearing your Spier denim shirts.

I'm oddly intrigued in the goldenrod polo, but I also find myself wondering what I'd wear it with - any thoughts? Navy/saturated blues, I guess? White/off-white? https://www.spierandmackay.com/goldenrod-polo-button-down-collar.html

Looks great. I just copped the Fox Bros brown glen plaid though. And even though that's a very different material (F/W vs S/S), I feel like I should put my money towards something more different for the time being...

Like Leanderthal, I'm about a 42R - could take in the waist a bit but don't have to - and a L polo fits me well. I could see some thinking it's too fitted on me actually, but I'm happy with it.

My First MTM Sport Coat - Should/Can I Ask for a Remake?

This is so, so helpful. I feel like I "get it" far more after seeing this post -- "it" being why a properly long enough jacket looks far better.
