How big a deal is the original box when selling a pair of boots
Well, as I had just read the topic and entered the thread I thought "well.. not box, no big deal.." But actually I feel like you have to get what you payed for and if this was an ******* box, he has to receive it or you got to cancel the deal or find a solution. Bad problem, sorry...- QTime

Alden experts, should I or shouldn't I buy http://cgi.ebay.com/Alden-Cap-Toe-Bo...ht_499wt_1154? I'm a little low on cash and I'm still not positive that the Grant last will fit tts but they are very pretty, lol. Advice? in my opinion grant last fits like barrie or trubal, so i would not go tts.- QTime

Hm, I´am thinking about having my Indy boots restorated by Alden. They actually have some double leather soles on. I think I can change the sole, or? There´s one think I´am not quiet sure off: The Boots are 270° welted. I´d prefer the 360° welt. Do you guys think Alden can and will do...- QTime

The black part of the saddle shoe is shell cordovan. Well, black shell isn´t a huge thing either (especially in homeopathic dosage). Nevermind.- QTime

Opinions? - everyone when nuts on the beautiful saddle that Tom did in #4 - these have been available for a while at ShoeMart - seems like it's the type of shoe that I'll either love or hate when I get them, no in between. Not made of shell so nothing special. Thats why nobody talks about it ^^- QTime

noticed my #8' longwings seem to crease a lot on the sides. Really makes the shoes look wrinkled. Is this the nature of cordovan as my calf shoes do not seem to do this as much or is something wrong. looks to me like either your feet are too small/shoes too big or/and you don´t use...- QTime
