I would say there is nothing wrong on having short legs. If you think that it should look proportionate then don't wear low waist jeans, it will make your legs appear more short. Wear high rise jeans or normal rise jeans.- PriyuBoy

Recommendations for leather belts ~$100
There are many belt brands. But brands under $100 that are very good are few. As far I know that black belt with gold buckle brand under $100 is Mezlan Men's Belts, Tumi's Men's Belt, Tragalfar's Men Belts. I hope you like these brands.- PriyuBoy
