Are there no J. Crews near your cave? Its a pretty common store, but Jcrew fit is a little looser Medium-->medium. What Shops Offer Slim Fitting Buttoned-Down Shirts?
You can also try Brooks Brothers slim fit. I've got a few of these in linen and noniron varieties and have been pretty pleased with the fit. I may need to explore their shop even further for I've always found myself going no further than their classic styling. Cheers- PreppyBoy

Cuts on jcrew shirts are good as long as you don't have a big chest/thick back. If you do, you won't be able to wear a size small enough to get a "slim" fit as the chest is small and the buttons will pull if you pull your arms/shoulders back. Cheers Mate! My issue is the typical broad...- PreppyBoy
