Hi Peacoat, Doesn't look like the buttons were moved. The wool is pretty flawless and it looks like the buttons are evenly spaced on either side of the jacket. (Equal distance from the edge on both the left and right breast.)- Potatowned

I assume the sleeves are much shorter in the small as well? The sleeves are already short on me in the medium, I imagine a small would be much worse... I just hate how wide the bottom of the jacket is!- Potatowned

OK, one more post asking for thoughts on fit. Here is my 1962, 38R peacoat: I am about 5'11", 180lbs, 40" chest, 32" waist. To me, it looks a bit boxy. Does this mean I need a 36R? On a suit jacket, 36R is WAY too small for me. Thoughts?- Potatowned

Got mine in yesterday. I wore it out and not quite sure if I like it. The cut certainly is boxy, as everyone else has already mentioned. I also am not completely sold on the collar.
