I've provided some feedback on thise tailors already. Just to add,silk linings breathe very well since it is a natural fabric, but it doesn't wear as long. AMan has earned their rep and in my opinion still are true to their roots. You will get a more conservative cut and they are more discreet ( ie less self promotion unlike other tailors). They decided to move to Central where the rents are high, especially as they had a relationship with the Armoury who were already in Central to begin with. Shirts collars
Only 6 choices? Not sure what a cutaway is or a semi-cutaway is? Without measurements on point length this is pretty meaningless. What about spread, curved, tabbed, high, mandarin, double button? Oh so many choices.- phillycheese

Tailored shirt should not biLlow if fitted properly. Make sure it is long enough with a button enclosure underneath waist level to keep sirts tucked in. All my dress shirts have 8 buttons so there are no large gaps in the front when I sit.- phillycheese

Good cobbler in Hong Kong?
Go to the lane beside Abercrombie in Central. There are two cobblers there that I have used for full re-sole. Very good work for not too much money.- phillycheese
