The small feet thread: sharing sizing and fits, and where to get small sizes. (US7/UK6.5 or smaller)
I would say EU 38.5 is like 5 UK I have a VASS EU 39 and it is more like 5.5 UK I bit narrow for my liking on the U last so it's on the "what i'm selling on Ebay" thread...- panamera

Engineered Garments Andover Jacket Advice Help!
I have 2 F/W09 small Andover Jackets, 1 in the glen plaid charcoal quilted (from barneys) and the other in the grey denim wool (looks more like a brown). The dilemma is whether I keep the glen plaid or not, I have a couple days til I can return it no penalty, but I can't return the grey denim...- panamera
