Try contacting the company/bank that issues your card (Chase, CitiBank, Bank of America, etc). As I understand it, Visa is responsible for handling the transfer of money between the issuer and the merchant, but Visa never sees your money proper. Your money goes to your bank or card issuer.- nbird

The regular YKKs are a bit larger at 10 gauge, which Drew once referred to as an important part of the TOJ look. YKK excellas are only manufactured up to 8 gauge. The old Riri's were closer to YKK 8 gauge. I would say that the regular YKK feel chunkier when zipping up and rougher to the touch...- nbird

Allen Edmonds Appreciation Thread - reviews, pictures, sizing, etc...
I have about a month's worth of regular wear on the Kenilworths and have not had issues with bowing. I personally prefer the aesthetic of the Kenilworth over the Leeds.- nbird
