Meermin Mallorca Shoes
I have the leather outsoles on the RON last. Calf skin is soft and comfortable. I like them; they're good value for the moo-la. 👍 I don't recommend this pair by Meermin. The topline digs into the ankle bone. Derby- MrOxford

It sounds to me that you are adding a midsole and then adding a sole guard (Vibram). My thought is why not remove the AE outsole entirely? It's some sort of a plastic with wood like texture outsole. Have CNES put in a house leather outsole plus a leather midsole and add the Vibram sole guards...- MrOxford

It's a standard full sole job. Your options are either leather soles or rubber soles (Vibram, Dainite, or SVIG). You can request for leather combination heels or full rubber heels. It's a goodyear welted boot. I'm sure CNES can do the repair job.- MrOxford
