    I'm a 8D Barrie and the 8D Van gives slight bit heel slip. So, I think that a 7.5D Barrie in 8D Van will be very loose on you.

    Crow, personally, I sized 0.5 down from Redwing 1907 to MP's. In your case, MP would be 9.5D.
