    I change my scrubs twice a call shift, there is no way I would ever pay for scrubs.

    I think people who pull this off best, are people who don't give a ****. I work with a woman who has that kind of style, it's effortless. If you are going to add an enamel pin to your clothes, you just have to do it and forget the rest. I'm trying take this approach more with my own choices...
