Anyone try 10,000 steps a day???
thanks for all the replies. The 10000 steps a day is recommended by both the American and Canadian government bodies as a healthy way to keep active, but is not meant to REPLACE all cardio. I play hockey twice a week as well. So, no one has tried the 10000 steps a day thing??? CHeers, MIKE- lordkovacs

Anyone try 10,000 steps a day???
I've heard a lot about the fitness regimen that asks you to take 10,000 steps a day using that inexpensive computer things that keeps track. Apparently, it's a lot harder than it seems, but if you can do it regularly, you will be in good shape (provided you are eating fairly well). Anyone try...- lordkovacs

Reverse pleats.. a go or a no?!
Hey all... I have a question about reverse pleats... I have always bought flat fronts because I am somewhat apprehensive about pleated pants. complitments usually come my way when wearing earthy tones and mid-dark blue. My hair is a medium brown, and my eyes are green, though some people see some grey in them. My skin is certainly not pale...i usually look somewhat tanned year-long. Thanks... MIKE- lordkovacs

Where to shop in canada
