I had a pair of the Damir Doma Falco highs and they definitely ran wayyyy large. I am a 45 in Margiela, 44 in Lanvin, 44 in Rick, 44 in Raf and the Falcos in a 44 were at least a size large. They fit more like a Lanvin 45 on me.- LeeroyDaBoy

Maison Martin Margiela Sneakers (Size 45)
Used Margiela size 45 high-top sneakers in ash black. Fully leather lined. Rubber gumsoles with very little wear and minimal heel drag (pictured). These come with the original box and dustbags.
