    The hunt is a thrill. Finding a great EG pair on sale or barely used at a great discount is a forever win. Never pay retail (some say). I'd love to see lasted shoe trees included in every new pair, but I know that's a remote possibility and a dream (I know you read these posts EG! Do it!).

    I had a pair of brand new Aldens come apart at a stress point of stitching that never should have failed on the first wear. I was horrified and swore off the brand for life. C&J and EG are largely what I go for now.

    I totally loved the look of flat laces on a dover, but I had to keep flipping/correcting them to keep them looking sharp. It drove me crazy and made me like round more to avoid the hassle.

    Yup. I think I tend to prefer suede uppers for Galways (or just go all suede Galway) due to the profound increase in comfort over a stiffer leather upper. Add ridgeway and thick socks in a roomier 64 or 72 and you're walking on clouds. :)

    EG is brilliant to offer a touch more casual shapes and leathers for people like me. There's a wide niche to explore between G&G and C&J. Perhaps they'll also open some stores in major American cities, include lasted trees with each box and eliminate dainite forever. lol

    Does anyone have comparison pics for the 303 last? I looks only slightly rounder than the 202, is that right? And I assume less round than the 72? If I could see the 82, 202, 303, 72 and 64 all next to each other I would be thrilled... but I know that's never going to happen. Thought on the 303?
