What type of shirt/tie should I wear with a tux?
Does it matter if I wear mother of pearl or onyx studs? I have all the other elements listed below. BTW, that is an excellent summary and should be in a formal wear FAQ somewhere! I bought an Ike Behar shirt with a bib that looks (to me) like the pattern woven into the "nicer" shirt you recommended. I ordered a Carrot & Gibbs satin butterfly tie to go with it. Once reminded that my bride was the one everyone would be looking at, I knew that (like so many things in life)...- jrobjr
