Here is my Black Lapel suit with remade pants, but original jacket. I took these so y'all could see the new pants, as well as give you better pictures of the jacket. I focused on having my natural, relaxed stance. I have a fairly erect stance. Note that the sleeves are the fault of tailoring...- johnross2007

I am relatively overweight, so I bet that's the case. I'll attach a picture from the same group of photos without the jacket on. I'm not sure what you mean by balance. Update: Black Lapel has offered to remake my jacket. I have taken the jacket to three different tailors in two cities who all refuse to adjust sleeve like at the shoulder. I measured myself. So far, I'm very happy with Black Lapel. This is my first suit through them. I ordered extra pants. They remade them without hesitation when the seat was wonky.- johnross2007

Yes, I believe it was simply folded, though I expect the buttons are missing. I plan on going to a different tailor. The one before is also a dry cleaner, which I hear is a red flag. I have definitely learned the lesson. But I wonder how I should proceed now. Is the alteration reversible? Do you find the tailor trustworthy, such that I should ask him to reverse it, or should I find another tailor to do this?- johnross2007

I did not. I was not aware I should have. It never occurred to me a tailor would make this kind of alteration without consulting me first. Especially if the alteration is a destructive process. Is it?- johnross2007

Yes, appear to be old Wool-Rich. Prices seem identical though. A few days ago I ordered a $120 navy pair, but the vast majority of choices were $130, with premium versions (fresco) around $200 iirc. I had a tailor take in the sleeves only my suit jacket from Black Lapel. I guess BL used functioning buttonholes and the tailor didn't know how to handle it. Unless things have changed, I believe part of the deal with trial pants/shirt is that Luxire gets to use whatever fabric is best available to it. Allowing you to pick among those fabrics takes away an aspect of what allows them to offer the trial clothing at that lower price. But requesting...- johnross2007
