Did anyone receive a shipping confirmation for any order placed during the BF? I haven't and furthermore I am waiting for a refund for about 3-4 weeks already. The length is fine and exactly what I need. Betty said Buger is sort of similar to Simpson but longer and more comfortable. However, Simpson fits me better in the heel in the same size as Buger but is slightly too short. If I sized down with Buger I think it would be too short. But perhaps it's...- insy

Buger is completely different than Rain. As Carmina confirmed to me, Buger has close to the same instep as Simpson, but is just longer and wider. I own Buger and tried pretty much every Carmina last as well as G&G and CS. I have a low instep and narrow heel and Buger fits sort of good around my...- insy

How can you size down almost one size? I mean you can handle the width I suppose as it will stretch but one size smaller also means that the shoes will be shorter, no?! So in my head if you fit into loafers size 10,5, then Boots in 11,5 are clearly too long and will have heel slippage. The...- insy

Do they hold better? What I mean is, I have to re-lace my shoes quite often during the day, mostly to non-perfect fit I suppose but I suspect it also has something to do with the shoelaces.- insy

Yes, at least mine. I actually wouldn't buy one again, given the price. As I don't think it matter too much if they belt matches your shoe, unless it is pure business or a wedding. In that case I don't like wearing Cordovan in the first place.- insy

I actually wonder why even after moving the Forum to a new place there is still no possibility to search B&S for specific Brands or the location of the seller. I for example am in EU and therefore buying outside of it makes no sense because of customs so I don't bother with B&S anymore.- insy
