    Had a chance to pick up the Napoli in 40R - for reference I am about 6'0" 185lbs? I have a couple things in mind for alterations, but wanted to see what others thought. Only alterations were hemming the pants length (dry cleaner job unfortunately, but was in a time crunch)

    Assuming this is not for an interview and you already have the job, the brown shoes should be fine. Best scenario: wear your black shoes for the first day or two. If you notice others in the office with non-black shoes, you should be fine.

     He never said he returned them for full price, unless i'm reading incorrectly. Sounds like he just exchanged for a different size. I still think its fraudulent to lie about where he purchased them, but I don't believe it warrants your reaction.
