ordered my Natty Chandlers through the LA store yesterday over the phone, got the e-receipt and they charged me for V-tread sole. Ugh. I've had the worst luck with this store over the past year. The irony is the trunk show is actually there this weekend.- HCapLonghorn

Nope. This was solely a function of stretching. Have multiple sets of loafers. honesty, been cursed with this pair from the start. And for $500 I shouldn’t be. Wrong sole, recraft, stretching, and a off kilter front stitch.- HCapLonghorn

Thanks. It’s honestly harder to see in the photos than in person. but turns out they didn’t fit after the recraft so are now being stretched. Have no idea if I’ll ever get this pair to work out but I’m very tired of driving to Century City from the Valley.- HCapLonghorn
