The issue is that retailers generally don’t have a “stock” shoe they make and the rare shell color also varies. So you’re kinda stuck getting offered stuff you’re not interested in a lot of the time. I’m on a few lists, I’ve been shown 2 boots and a plain toe blucher. Wait times were 3 years...- Franky

Imo the rare shell loafers are one of the hardest to get because most retailers make boots instead. I’ve given up on getting a rare shell loafer (LHS or tassel) anytime soon and just enjoy my suede and c8 pairs.- Franky

A few shots of all my Alden shoes. Getting some c8 tassel loafers in the mail on Friday. Very excited and hope the seconds flaw whatever it is isn’t too bad. Next on the list is some Ravello but that’s a couple of months away after a 4-5 year wait.- Franky
