Good wedding Groom's Ascot
In looking at the illustration in that post, I have a question regarding the shape of the Ascot. Is it a uniform width from end to end, or is there a different width through the middle? Also, if it is a uniform width, does it get folded in half when you wrap it around your neck? Mike- floatinjoe

These aren't Ascots - they are day cravats. Any American site that tries to sell you an "Ascot" is actually selling you a day cravat, which is not an Ascot/dress cravat. Or the groom could wear a full cutaway and the groomsmen could wear strollers. This is something I had thought about for my wedding too... What are people's thoughts on this concept? It is all daywear, but with the groom just a step up from the rest of the party. Mike- floatinjoe

Brooks Brother's new website
The site is a much needed improvement. One of my big pet peeves is when the models are wearing items I can't buy there. I don't know how many times I've seen a model wear a nice waistcoat that isn't located anywhere in the catalog. Please don't tease me. Mike- floatinjoe
