I bought the rafstros too, originally picked size 43 but they sold out while I was checking out so switched to size 44. I have an MA-1 and a regular varsity and they are both good enough for winter with a knit. I'm in Brisbane but I'll probably go to Melbourne in the next few years. I know the winter varsity has been discontinued, but can anyone tell me if it would be appropriate for wear in an Australian winter: maximum tempts of 54 to 60F (or 13 to 15C). Thanks.- elefante
