this is really a size 3 in terms of measurements. i'm a size 2 in TSS and this is a lot larger than most size 2 i own. the listing also stated so. the tss jacket/overcoats also tend to run large in my experience. i would have bought it if the p2p doesn't measure 21.5 inches.- doctorman
