Anyone have an anchor sweater in size 5 of any color they'd trade for a red size 6? Have not worn it since buying it, just been sitting in my closet because the oversized look doesn't work well for me.

If I recall correctly, I think their GYW and stitchdowns fit slightly differently as well. I seem to recall the stitchdowns being a little more roomy than the same size boot in GYW. Someone can can correct me if they've had different experiences.

Makes sense. I guess I'll just sell mine then. I bought some Marsell back zip chelseas recently that I was able to wear most of the day without issues the first wear, but the leather is way less structured around the heel, so I figured the Vibergs just need to break in.

Interesting. Maybe you're right then and they are too tight for me. I always figured I just didn't tough it out long enough since they mostly screw my heels up.

Hmm, well, I wouldn't say they were uncomfortable when trying on or anything. They fit pretty good and the leather is camel and super soft. It's more about doing anything other than going out to dinner or something - any extended wear for a day becomes painful. I guess I should have posed the...

How long did it take you guys to break in your Vibergs to where they were truly comfortable? I've worn mine probably 20ish times spread out, and they still bother me enough to where I almost never wear them.

PSA: I asked Niels if they had any anchor sweaters still the other day, and they did have the red variant available in size 6. I needed a 5 so I was SOL, but someone else can still snag it if they are a 6.

The sneakers remind me a lot of New Balance but just with better materials. I dig em in an "ugly is cool" sorta way, just like New Balances. Definitely not paying $490 for them, though.

I have the black camels from Viberg, and I love them. Camel is an amazing leather. It's soft and has no loose grain or any issues that most leathers have. I wish they had different colors in it, to be honest. I'd get all of them.

I think that's a special thing some of the vendors do as their makeups, like 3 Sixteen

I like that bomber a lot and thought about it. The pilling of the first SS piece I got was just annoying me, and that's why I've strayed away from wanting to buy more. How do you guys handle the pilling?

Hah, those look nearly identical. I didn't even realize they were different until I looked closer. I don't think the midsole would have made a huge difference. They both look great. I'd just get a cobbler to sandpaper it if I were you. I wouldn't return them in your situation.
