I use the 266 for what it is intended for. Not sure if that makes it specialized or not. Wish I would have picked up the other 2 colors before it was dropped so that I could color code by gauge. That might be open to debate :) I really like Bickmore products and years ago suggested on here how good Bick 4 was great for leather, both calf and cow. So when I picked up the Katmai I used Bickmore Gard More on them. And wear them through mud, snow and rain and have never had an issue...- Cold Iron

Of course there is Red Wing. Not the heritage line on here but Red Wing is the main workboot in these parts. They are expensive but I know many that wear them for the support they give.
