That one is the Hidden button down version of the Lucca collar. Definitely my favorite one so far. I ended up measuring a shirt I already have and providing measurements for a trial garment. They helped me make adjustments from there. If I remember correctly there were instructions on the site- Click821

It is, but thats my personal preference. I like to be able to fit 2 fingers when buttoned. I prefer not to have them too tight where I get choked out or have q red line around my neck when I take it off. This is buttoned for me- Click821
