Advice on Summer Suit Fabrics
Haspel has the largest selection I've seen of seersucker. I have the usual white with light blue, darker blue, black, gray and red stripes in three piece suits and the solid dark navy seersucker. Almost a uniform for me in Texas and Florida.- Cherokeepilot

Nice looking shoes...sounds like you got a good pair of shoe for a good value...for applying first polish, conditioners, and waxes, I've always found that regardless which brand used to let it dry at least overnite before polishing, or applying additional coats...seems to save a lot of...- Cherokeepilot

What polish to use with the infamous color 8
For the beginning of the season, get the shell 8s out to clean with Lexol or Lincoln cleaner, wipe clean and dry, apply Saphir conditioner dry and buff, Lincoln Marine Cordovan Wax two or three waxes, dry, buff and gloss, Kiwi Cordovan Wax two waxes, dry, buff and gloss....dry at least overnite...- Cherokeepilot
