I'm 6'4 215-220ish normally, 192ish now. I bought the baseball jacket stock in the biggest size available I can't remember if it was 52 or 54 and it fit fine, the sleeves were longer than necessary which I really like on that jacket. I went with the same size as I would for CPs. Took a bit of stretching but so do CPs. If they make them in your size I would go TTS and they would probably be comfortable right out of the box.- burlawa
