i went to Lam tailor across from Notre Dame in D1. I didnt have time to do the tons of fittings that Dung required, but I can say I am more than happy with my suit. Can't wait to go back.. Lam is my top tailor for suits, I think the quality is even better than Dung. Not that Dung is bad...- BipgoBumpo

I sure wish I had access to Dung so that ******* could go further. Just picked up 4 more shirts from Dung this afternoon, as always they fit my awkward dimensions perfectly, are made of top-quality imported cotton, and have been customized to my specific instructions.- BipgoBumpo

Even a MTM suit in ordered in London or online and made in Portugal or the czech republic would likely fit better and be of better quality than the Vietnamese suit. Just curious, is Huynh Hoan Tailor still around? They would be located at 13 Phan-Van-Dat in Saigon. At least, that's where they once were. My father claims they were the best tailors back in the day. There's still a Phan Van Dat street downtown, in District 1 near the river. Not sure if it is...- BipgoBumpo

Smoking on Airplanes.
In 2002, I flew from Havana to Madrid on Air Europa. Smoking was still allowed at that time on EU carriers. It was fun to see everyone in the smoking section with a Cuban cigar in their mouths. The cigars must have helped to make up for the airline's bad service.- BipgoBumpo

Here's another one. McCain looks uncomfortable in his Cosa Nostra pinstripe suit. I always thought that pattern only looks good on double-breasted suits. Lieberman's suit fits okay, but the sleeves are too long. Note Sec. Gates's exposed tie.- BipgoBumpo
