I just got the Field Jacket in Navy. Boy, that's one of the best jackets EG has ever done IMHO. Right up there with the best pieces from the SS2006 collection (still my favourite one). I guess the problem is now with EG getting a lot of attention from GQ Magazine and the likes, the "fashion" crowd who usually buy Prada or other "glamorous" brands are getting on to it. They have other expectations for what they want to spend their money on, and the mindset...- bene

Is it true the new Binocular from S/S 08 fits smaller than the Wool one from Winter 07/08? I heard the news ones in XL are like the previous ones in L. But I can't confirm it myself because the next EG carrying store is a 2h flight away.- bene

Can someone help me - I was wondering if the Shawl Collar Sweat (see pic) fits big or small. In EG jackets and shirts, L is fine for me, while with sweatshirts it's sometimes either L or XL because the sleeves are very short. Thanks!- bene

The shoes look like dark brown or black bucks, and look to be of the same type as the white bucks in the other pictures. As for the lookbook pieces, I imagine they'd want to show off the stuff that will most likely be ordered by stockists and there's always lots more that shows up by the time...- bene

damn I just wanted to say that EG needs to look for an updated model look. That bearded guy looks like they pulled them out of a Berlin minimal techno club circa 2004. No offense to Nick, that beard is still "on" in 2007 I reckon.- bene

That, that is really nice. If I was a huge dude (say, jacked up about 50 lbs of muscle), I'd take it in a sec. That pattern is cool. hehe start working out now ... then again you would probably have to take lots of illegal substances to be that huge in time for winter ;-)- bene

Hi everybody, I have a very warm winter coat by E.G. for sale. It has never been worn, comes without tags. It's too big for me, and it breaks my heart not being able to wear it.
