That budget falls short for new Carmina. You may give Yanko a try. Supposedly better quality than the classic Meermin line. I'm personally not in impressed by AE's current production loafers. Meermin Mallorca Shoes
I just bit on the hazel jodhpur MTOs in the Hiro last. Anyone have experience with sizing on their jodhpurs? I have their hiro last oxfords in 9uk which are just too snug to wear all day... My feet are dead by the end of work day. I went with uk9.5. For comparison I'm a US10e in AE 5 last.- babump

@Jslade- Their mediums are a bit short. I have 2 Baron Wells shirts, both contrast pocket shirts and they fall shorter than all my other dress shirts. I'm 5' 10.5'' and it hasn't been an issue for me. I'm also a 40" chest, and medium fits fine.- babump
