    The Official Viberg B/S/T Thread

Hey I’m unable to send a message to you so I’ll ask here: I typically wear a size 9.5 or 10 on the 1035 last depending on the makeup, and have a couple of quick questions about sizing. How do they fit relative to your other Vibergs? Are they unstructured? Do you know how much shipping would be...

    Viberg Boots

Dark Cognac shell boots came in today. They look fantastic overall. It’s a great shade of brown, and it’s interesting to see the higher SPI of the uppers and the outsole stitching (compared to all of my other Vibergs from before 2021). These are pictured next to some natural shell boots for a...

Dang there are a ton of makeups to think about later this year. It took me a while just to scroll through the Stitchsown article. I’m glad to see more horsebutt, more lactae hevea soles on the slippers, and more antique edge finishes. My favorites makeups are: Maryam mustache horsebutt service...

Those look pretty good. What’s the sizing like compared to 2020/2030 lasts?

I went 0.5 down from my 2030 size and had the same experience with my slippers. Switching from the stiff leather soles to mini ripple soles helped minimize the heel slip, but they were still a bit too big overall. I’d like to try a full size down at some point.

Thanks that’s very helpful. I do think the 2040 last would work pretty well for my feet (I have skinny ankles/heels with a lower instep), so I may have to pull the trigger on those chukkas.

How would you compare it to the 2020/2030/1035 lasts? I’ve been curious about trying one of the unstructured 2040 chukkas from DR, but have been unsure about the fit.

Viberg resoled some slippers with mini ripple soles for me once in past. They did a great job.
