Objectively, the length is about as perfect as it gets. Looks great!

Spier off the rack / ready to wear shirts (and trousers and jackets) in Slim tend to be . . . quite trim. They're not kidding. If you are truly skinny and fit the CT or Lewin extra super duper trim sizes well, then get a Spier slim.

Exactly right. Shoulders and collar perfect, but too nipped in the waist. You could have it taken out but contemporary might fit better. Sleeves a bit long.

Ok, people like to say that Suit Supply is cut slim, but honestly, Spier & Mackay tends to go skinnier for their suit /sport jackets -- even in their contemporary fit. The shoulders don't fit you in contemporary size 40 and a slim 40 won't really correct for that. Shoulders are the most...

Until about two years ago, Spier slim trousers fit great on me. I'm 5' 9", 154 lbs, 38" chest. Then they become cut noticeably slimmer, and I know this because I didn't get any heavier and all my other brands continued to fit as before. I noticed this with at least 4 different trousers. So I now...

Nope. Garment bags not needed unless they are being stored for out of season and / or to protect from moths and dust. If you are going to use garment bags, make them breathable so they don't retain odor or mold-causing moisture. I've personally never felt the need for garment bags. As it is, I...

Yep, the average neighborhood tailor is somewhat clueless on things like sleeve length. Which is why the majority of jacket wearers walk around with jacket sleeves that are too long and don't show any shirt cuff. Many dri cleaners (and retailers) will also do things like overpress lapels...

The sport coats are fitting better than ever, but the chino and dress trouser sizing this season (and last season) is way, way snugger than it used to be. My 32 slims from 2 years ago still fit beautifully, but more recent ones are just too tight. Which is weird, since the leg openings and rise...

Get the sleeves shortened on the Drago blue check, and it's a great fit. Alternatively, I guess you could tailor the other one for less waist suppression (it's currently pulling), but it the hem / length seems a tad short.
