Yuki Matsuda handsewns in a goes with anything leather. Traditional w/ a subtle maker's edge that prides up whatever you're going after. Yuketens are my fav shoes - well constructed and last forever~ish, I've got several pairs (NFS) now 10y.o. and still in the rotation several resoles later.
Yuketen Maine Guide Shoes on offer. Size 12US 11UK in the usual Yuketen E width for this makeup. Horween brown Chromexcel leather. SS17 ~ put on ice as soon as received from End Clothing UK, still New in Box. Leather looks like it just arrived from the tannery.
Went straight to Ebay on this one, more pics and specs there:
I started wearing the Maine Guide Shoe when Vancouver's Inventory Stockroom started championing the design via several Yuketen-Inventory collabs back in the heyday that reeled us all in. It's still my favorite Yuketen makeup - that takes its cues from the the Maine Guide Boot - and I find more versatile and functional than Yuketen's other "low top" constructions ~ which cut closer to homage of a New England classic blucher or boat moc, et cetera.
A couple of weeks in ~ now $299 plus shipping takes it.
I'm quizzically/quixotically moving to an all-snuff lineup and unwinding the rest - whether NIB, or lightly worn, or otherwise. Also have a pair of lightly worn Yuketen Angler Mocs on offer via Ebay and xposted here on SF. Check 'em out!
