Taylor Stitch x Alpha Industries M-51 Jacket NWT Size 40

I’ve been mostly satisfied with Taylor Stitch offerings over the years; however, I was often underwhelmed with their outerwear. So I was bowled over when I got the M-51 collab they did with Alpha Industries.

This one is a size 40 and New With Tags. Starting with the fabric; it’s a “reverse sateen” that is deceptively hefty with an almost twill look and a soft hand. Indigo dyed so it will fade to your personal signature. It’s lined with a soft, but strong, organic cotton.

Drawstring waist and hem
Snap-button placket and pockets
Two inside zipper pockets

It has buttons inside to accommodate an Alpha ALS/92 liner for even more warmth (Taylor and AI did a liner and you can probably find one on the secondary market, but you can also use Alpha’s liner they currently sell). This jacket by itself will get you through some seriously inclement weather.
