History: the case was purchased at Sterling and Burke, a fine leather goods store in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, DC. They had this bag specially made with the nickel fittings and newspaper pocket for the store by SAB. It had a label embossed and made of bridle hide that was glued internally and has since fallen off after years of use.
Condition: Excellent, unpolished bridle hide leather. Nicks and scrapes from normal use as expected only add beauty to this bag. Untarnished interior made of natural bridle hide.
